These Terms govern your use of Siloww. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
Siloww provides curated supply chain intelligence reports and alerts via a web platform and email. Content is informational and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or operational advice.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars.
Pro subscriptions have a one-month minimum commitment. After the initial month, you may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or systematically extract content from Siloww without written permission. Enterprise API access is governed by separate terms.
All content, reports, analyses, and platform features are the intellectual property of Siloww. Subscribers receive a limited licence for internal use during active subscription.
Siloww content is provided "as is" without warranty. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of intelligence. Subscribers are responsible for their own decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siloww's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the subscriber in the twelve months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms with notice to active subscribers. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Siloww respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Stripe (payments), Loops (email delivery), Supabase (database), Railway (hosting). Each is contractually bound to protect your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact john@siloww.com.
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure — notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Siloww accounts are available to subscribers aged 18 and over.
